Platform and fit
Who is PingAura for?
PingAura is built for teams that need to understand and improve how their brand shows up in AI-driven discovery. That includes SEO, content, growth, product, and marketing teams, plus agencies running visibility work across client accounts.
How is PingAura different from a traditional SEO tool?
Traditional SEO tools are centered on rankings, keywords, and classic search workflows. PingAura focuses on AI visibility, citations, site readiness, AI traffic attribution, and the operational work needed to improve performance across AI answer surfaces.
Is PingAura for monitoring only, or does it also help with optimization?
It supports both. PingAura combines monitoring with workflows such as site audits, article generation and optimization, traffic analysis, and connected publishing or analytics paths so teams can move from diagnosis into action.
Data and measurement
What does PingAura actually measure?
The product combines prompt and visibility workflows, citation and mention analysis, site audits, article workflows, and AI traffic attribution. The exact mix depends on the plan you are on and which integrations or features your team has configured.
Which AI platforms and surfaces does PingAura cover?
Current product and marketing coverage references ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google-linked workflows such as AI Overviews and Google data integrations. Some deeper engine and integration coverage depends on plan level.
How fresh is the data in PingAura?
Freshness depends on the workflow and the connected source. PingAura can process its own product activity continuously, while connected systems such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Cloudflare depend on the data freshness and access available from those providers.
Integrations and setup
Which integrations does PingAura support today?
The current product and pricing materials reference Google Search Console, GA4, Cloudflare, WordPress, PostHog, webhook and Slack support, plus MCP access for AI clients. Enterprise materials also reference broader cloud, CDN, and custom AI integrations.
Do I need Google Search Console or GA4 to get value from PingAura?
No. You can still use PingAura without connecting Google data, but GSC and GA4 add useful search, traffic, engagement, and outcome context. They are especially helpful when your team needs to connect AI visibility work to measurable business impact.
How long does setup usually take?
For core integrations, the product guidance is designed around a setup that takes only a few minutes when the right account access is already in place. More complex rollouts, enterprise security reviews, or custom integrations naturally take longer.
Pricing and plans
What is included in the main plans?
Growth includes 100 prompts, 200 site audits, 10 articles, two seats, OpenAI and Perplexity engines, GSC and GA4 integrations, Cloudflare, Slack, webhook support, and MCP access. Pro expands to 500 prompts, 1,000 audits, 25 articles, 500 AI Coworker messages, PostHog, unlimited seats, and dedicated specialist support, while Enterprise is custom.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. The billing flows in the product are designed so cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period rather than cutting access immediately.
Do you offer annual billing and enterprise pricing?
Yes. Pricing data supports both monthly and yearly billing for self-serve plans, and Enterprise is handled as a custom plan with sales contact, tailored scope, and dedicated onboarding.
Team access and support
How does team access work?
PingAura supports team accounts with owners and members, and seat limits depend on plan. API key management is more restricted: only the account owner can create, update, or revoke API keys.
Can our team use PingAura from Claude, Cursor, Codex, or other MCP clients?
Yes. PingAura exposes a remote MCP server and the docs cover setup for clients such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, VS Code, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini CLI. The current product materials position MCP access as part of PingAura plans rather than a separate enterprise-only add-on.
When should I use the docs, and when should I contact your team?
Use the docs for setup steps, client configuration, and implementation detail. Contact PingAura when the question is specific to your account structure, plan selection, rollout, security review, or a custom integration request.
Next step
Still deciding between docs, pricing, or a direct conversation?
Use the documentation if you need implementation detail, pricing for plan and billing questions, or contact if the question is specific to your team, workflow, or rollout.
